Hampton Inn & Suites Tallahassee Capitol-University

Breakfast was average but dining area was clean and bright. Location was perfect for access to FSU and seemed just as close to FAMU. Customer service was always pleasant and friendly. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

Layout of facility, more than just one way in and out as this can be a very busy area depending on time of day, year, season, etc. Staff was exceptional, very pleasant, helpful, knowelegable of the area and just overall very welcoming. MGR. Mike was also helpful with booking a future stay for me and my family.

This hotel is very close to the Capitol Building and the University. Extremely clean, beds are very comfortable, stuff members are very friendly, breakfast was good but I wish they would open at 6:00 or 6:30 am instead of 7:00 am it would give people who needs to be in places early more time to enjoy breakfast. We stayed here for 6 nights and it was great. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Firstly, there's a car park directly infront of the hotel which was great. Secondly, there is a pool and towels, gym etc, all great. Checking in was good too, staff were super friendly and helpful. Rooms were spotlessly clean. Strangely no safe, the only hotel out of 7 that we stayed in without a safe. Also, no bar, which was odd. Had to pop to the petrol station to get a drink. Doubly strange, no restaurant for food in the evening, so out to the pizza place for food. A lovely hotel, but let down by no safe, no bar, no food!
